About Us
Snow White Professionals Ltd provides a wide range of services including: construction and renovations, handyman services, plumbing, electrical work, tiling, bathroom and kitchen installations, full property refurbishments, house extensions, gardening, landscaping, and all types of domestic and commercial cleaning, and import, retail, and wholesale of food products in the UK.
1. Agreement Acknowledgement
By making a booking via phone (all calls are recorded for quality and training purposes), email, the booking or contact forms on our website, visiting our office, or accepting an estimate following a site visit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Interpretation
This includes all services offered under our affiliated websites, such as:

and any other website or domain operated by Snow White Professionals Ltd. "The Company" / "We" / "Us" refers to Snow White Professionals Ltd, registered in England and Wales (Company No. 10580864). Company address: 466 Ewell Road, Surbiton, Surrey KT6 7EL.

"The Customer" / "You" / "Client" refers to the individual or organisation for whom the Company has agreed to carry out works and/or supply materials. "Operative" / "Specialist" / "Tradesperson" refers to a representative appointed by the Company. "Site" means any land or premises provided by the Client where the services will be delivered.
All work is carried out by the assigned Company operative at the Company's sole discretion.
3. Estimates & Quotations
Estimates/quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise agreed in writing and are subject to availability.
All quotations/estimates are indicative unless clearly specified as fixed-price. Prices quoted apply only to the services/materials explicitly listed. Anything not mentioned is excluded.
Additional work required by the client or arising due to unforeseen circumstances will incur extra charges. A revised estimate will be provided for approval before work continues. Ad-hoc or last-minute work not included in the estimate will be charged at the prevailing rates listed on our website. Website rates represent standard guide prices applicable only to time-based work carried out on an hourly basis, and do not apply to project estimates, or contractual work.
All estimates provided by Snow White Professionals Ltd are based on project scope and assessment, and are not connected in any way to the hourly rates shown on our website. The website rates apply only to time-based work booked on an hourly basis. Project-based estimates represent a separate pricing structure determined by scope, complexity, and requirements.
Important Note: Please read all provided estimates in full and ensure that you fully understand the scope of work and pricing outlined. Any items or services not explicitly described in this estimate are most likely not included in the quoted price. We do not work based on assumptions or expected methods the client may have in mind. All work is carried out strictly as described in this estimate. If you require any specific technique or approach, it must be clearly requested and agreed upon in advance.
4. Booking Terms
Bookings can be made via phone, email, website forms, or in person. By booking, you confirm your agreement with these Terms. After confirming date, time, and availability, and receiving payment, an arrival window will be issued.
Cancellations or changes must be requested at least 48 hours in advance during working hours.
Late notice will incur a cancellation fee. Dates given are provisional. The Company is not liable for delays to start or finish times. If work exceeds the estimated duration due to unforeseen issues, additional charges will apply following your approval. Upon completion, the customer will be asked to review the work. Once approved, the remaining balance is due within 7 days. Some services require a free site visit beforehand.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is accepted via bank transfer or debit/credit card by phone. For recurring cleaning/gardening services, payment is due upon invoice receipt unless otherwise agreed.
For jobs under £500+VAT, full payment must be received at least two working days prior to the appointment.
For jobs £500+VAT to £4,999+VAT: 40% deposit before or on start date; 40% second instalment, and balance due upon completion.
For jobs £5,000+VAT to £9,999+VAT: 30% deposit; two 30% instalments; 10% on completion. For jobs over £10,000+VAT: 20% deposit; regular instalments; final 5% upon completion. These terms apply unless agreed otherwise in writing.
An invoice is issued once the estimate is accepted. Only listed items are included in the price.
If the deposit is unpaid, the work may be rescheduled. Non-payment in accordance with the agreed terms may result in cancellation.
Client delays do not alter the payment schedule. Payments must be made in full without any deductions or set-off, except where legally required.
Overdue payments incur: £20 admin fee (cleaning/gardening), £50 (trades); plus interest at Bank of England base rate + 8% (simple interest).
Additional chargeable hours will be reflected in the final invoice. Guarantees and certificates will only be issued after full payment.
If the Customer is represented by a third party, that party shall remain fully responsible for all payments due to the Company unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. The Company is not concerned with, and shall not be affected by, any financial arrangements, disputes, or payment delays between the third party and their client. Non-payment by the third party's client does not relieve the third party from their payment obligations to Snow White Professionals Ltd.
